There is a movement within the Jolicloud group that needs to separate between the App of Jolicloud and the OS. The separation lead to the new branding of the OS as Joli OS, and the Chrome app will remain Jolicloud.
Some more news is that there will be an iPad and Android app to include Jolicloud, so no matter if you are on a netbook, old computer that was brought back to life with Joli OS, a tablet, or a phone, you can always get to your easy & simple Jolicloud dashboard to get to apps, favorites, and others.
