Two pieces of Dell news in the past few days:
The removal of the 10v is troublesome for those who wanted to make a hackintosh out of the 10v, but with the 1012 out there (especially with Broadcom’s HD accellerator) there doesn’t seem to be a huge demand for the 10v anymore. RIP 10v.
The 7 & 10 inch tablets might be because of the recent success of ipad, but who knows, maybe Jolicloud could revolutionized the touch screen linux area just as they are trying with netbooks.
As of now, no official word from Jolicloud on any touchscreen support in the near future.

Broadcom’s Crystal HD Accelerator card will allow for HD playback with the latest version of Flash – 10.1 Beta 3.
The folks over at Engadget have a nice review from a preview of this new machine.

Over at MyDellMini, a very observant member caught Dell’s mistake listing a Dell Mini 11.
Rumor is that machine would be very similar to the Alienware m11x, but probably without nVidia graphics.
